We do everything possible to ensure that our purchase comes to you in perfect condition.
However, if you need to return any purchases, we require you to contact us before you do anything else and obtain a unique returns number which you will receive within 48 hours of e-mailing us. We regret we are unable to process any returned items without that returns number.
When you return products, you should include your name, address and Paypal or credit/bank card transaction number. Any postage costs that you incur for returning faulty &/or defective goods will be refunded to you in full. You will be liable for postage costs and import duty for any returns to us for other than faulty goods.
Please contact us for the address to send all returns and use Registered Mail to do so to guarantee they arrive safely. Please retain the receipt and the tracking number until the transaction is resolved.
We offer a full refund or replacement service for any faulty &/or damaged goods. It is advisable to take a picture and send to us before posting for our and your records.
If the goods that you purchase are not what you expected then you may return them to us within 25 days from the date of arrival and we will make a full 100% refund to you as long as they are returned in their ORIGINAL & PRISTINE CONDITION. You should ensure that they are packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. If returned goods arrive in anything other than their original condition this may result in a partial or full deduction from your refund. .
